Full Job Description
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage WIP ensuring all outstanding jobs are within the 30 days SLA
- Cover all administration duties within the office including job cards, invoicing, filing and quotes
- Support with quotes and updates to customers and escalations
- Assist the Stores department with day to day running and cover any absences.
- Work with the Service Controller to ensure vehicle services are booked and completed to maximise our performance scores
- Complete recharges and claims through customer portal
- Carry out a weekly trip to London to provide mobile engineers with any required parts and collect waste for disposal
- Provide backup cover to the Service Controller during periods of leave or throughout peak periods where required
- Support Workshop Manager with health and safety by ensuring all required paperwork is current and up to date and all weekly H&S audits and inspections are carried out
Skills & Experience
- Good communication skills and professional approach essential
- Workshop experience is desired but not essential
- Administration Experience is required with knowledge of all Microsoft office suites required
- Proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
- Good organisational skills
- Knowledge of transport industry is desired but not essential
- Driving licence
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
