Description
As Travel Agent, you will be responsible for the following:

  • To ensure the advice given is genuine and trips recommended are suited to customers requirements
  • Understanding customer type via open questioning and seeking to understand their reason for considering a 'Single trip'
  • Achieving set KPIs
  • Striving to enjoy representing my clients brand and improving the conversion of new customers
  • Analysing competitor activity and reporting on areas where action is necessary
  • Use my clients CRM system to produce documentation for the customer's holiday

Profile

The successful Travel Agent will be:

  • Confident and outgoing
  • Live within a commutable distance to the City Centre of Birmingham
  • Able to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Have worked in a Sales but 'servicy' environment previously
  • A great communicator (verbal and written)
  • Come from a Travel background (Desirable)

Job Offer
As Travel Agent based in Birmingham, you will be entitled to the following:

  • Permanent Contract
  • Annual Salary = £22,000 (Monthly commission on top)
