Dyson Energy Services has an exciting opportunity for an experienced full-time
Support
Administrator.


You will be responsible for undertaking a large range of tasks and processes in a timely and accurate manner, to assist with the smooth running of the department and to help maintain accurate business and consistent processes throughout.

Duties and responsibilities will include but are not restricted to:

  • Answering incoming calls, and transferring to relevant person
  • Taking customer payments and updating our internal software.
  • Ordering internal supplies, eg stationery, cleaning supplies, water, etc.
  • Maintain up to date files of all correspondence and other documents, including archiving and retrieving documents as necessary
  • Filing documentation
  • To prepare letters and photocopying
  • Booking hotels and managing overnight payments
  • Reconciling and monitoring petty cash and credit card spend
  • Assisting in Purchase Ledger as required
  • Assisting in Credit Control as required

About You
We are looking for someone with a positive, can-do attitude. You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, initiative and attention to detail.


Qualifications and Knowledge
-
Essential_

  • Good academic background including minimum GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative role
  • Have excellent IT skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including excel. The ability to use lookups, pivot tables and other basic excel formula's is essential
  • Selfdiscipline and initiative, with strong organisational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Sound problemsolving and enquiry handling skills

Employment Details

  • Administrative: 2 years (required)

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (required)
