We are looking for a Windows IT Support Officer to support the use of Windows desktop computers, laptops and other mobile devices.

Support will include both the configuration and maintenance of the hardware and software, and the support of the users. Installation, setup and delivery of new desktop systems and services.

This will include the loading of 'cloned' systems, a procedure which is a key element in reducing the IT support time across the department.

The post holder will be expected to become familiar with the basic operation of the departmental network so that diagnostics and basic repairs can be performed.

A minimum of a BTEC, degree or equivalent relevant practical equivalent.
