Job Description:

The Finance department at MUFG is undergoing strategic transformation to address legacy of manual, inconsistent procedures, technology challenges and staff knowledge gaps - moving towards a client centric approach that aims to create best in class delivery of financial insight and analysis, performance metrics and decision support to enable better business outcomes.

We are looking for you to join our global and diverse staff

As primary contact on Finance topics, develop and maintain strong relationships with business and department heads while continuing to understand their strategy and provide transparency into the financial goals they must adhere to.
Through continuous engagement and learning, evolve to being a trusted business partner in providing independent inputs on decision making processes.
Deliver actionoriented analysis, scenario based, and propose recommendations that support the Heads of businesses in their strategic decision making
Refine existing forecasting process, and develop new forecasting models, drive, and challenge inputs to plans and forecasts and engage the business in the interpretation of any resulting deviation to the set goals.
Demonstrate strong understanding of client profitability and provide input and support to the analytics teams on refining cost allocations.
Provide analytical support to the CFO post month end on validation of financial reports and commentaries to be used in committees.

- lead new initiatives to support the business including client profitability, performance scorecards, benchmarking and cost discipline.

Qualifications:

58 years of experience working in Finance value chains, reporting teams, preferably within the financial services industry. Knowledge of the Fund Administration business would be a bonus.
Strong level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs, particularly Excel, Power Bi (Report Builder experience) and Anaplan.
Experience in Project management and knowledge of lean Sigma an asset
Strong attention to detail, with get it right firsttime mind set.
Highly organized with an ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Outstanding team player who can adapt quickly and thrive in a fastpaced, constantly evolving function
