Lynx are currently recruiting for a well renowned UK MSP that are on the lookout for a Onsite Deskside Support Engineer.


The Onsite Deskside Support Engineer will be on customer's site five days per week, helping to deliver support services as part of the client's Managed Service agreement.

Providing on-site desktop support for end users, assisting with hardware, softwareand network-related issues while also acting as a point of escalation and contact.


Essential skills & experience for the Onsite Deskside Support Engineer:

  • Office 36
  • Microsoft Active Directory
  • Laptop/Desktop Hardware
  • Print Management
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Highly motivated, flexible, and committed attitude toward service delivery
