This is a Fixed Term/Secondment role.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join our dynamic team to assist the Lead Nurse, e-Rostering Analyst and e-Rostering Officers in providing a range of functions to support delivery of the e-Rostering process and to ensure that business activities are aligned to the system.
The role will take responsibility for providing a flexible and quality administration and support service to the Trusts e-Rostering users, being the face of the helpdesk function and the first point of contact for all enquiries relating to the e-Rostering system.
Effective communication skills are essential. You must be able to prioritise your own workload, delivering to tight timescales and managing conflicting priorities.
You will have experience of working in a busy office environment, experience of working with large and complex IT systems/databases or spreadsheets, Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages.
