Job Summary:
As a Procurement Administrator at LIVINGWAY, you will play a critical role in supporting the procurement department's daily operations within the Build-to-Rent sector.
You will be responsible for assisting with procurement processes, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating effective communication with suppliers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain relationships with existing suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services, and identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in the Build-to-Rent sector.
Monitor and maintain appropriate inventory levelsacross all sites to meet operational needs while minimising excess stock.
Maintain comprehensive and organised procurement records, including contracts, agreements, and invoices.
Act as a primary point of contact for suppliers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Assist in analysing procurement data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and potential areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations specific to the Build-to-Rent sector.
Qualifications:
- Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience preferably within the BuildtoRent sector.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
- Knowledge of procurement best practices and industry trends, particularly within the BuildtoRent sector.

£24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
