**Key Responsibilities:**
**Inspect Fabric for Furniture:**
Conduct thorough inspections of fabric to ensure they meet quality standards.
Evaluate materials, stitching, padding, and overall construction to identify and address any defects.
**Documentation:**
Maintain detailed records of inspection results, noting any issues or areas for improvement.
Collaborate with production teams to communicate feedback and suggest corrective actions.
**Collaboration:**
Work closely with production teams to understand design specifications and quality requirements.
Foster a culture of quality consciousness by providing guidance and support to upholstery teams.
**Problem Solving:**
Identify and troubleshoot quality issues, proposing effective solutions to maintain high standards.
Assist in the development and implementation of quality control processes.
**Continuous Improvement:**
Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in upholstery techniques.
Proactively contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and processes.
**Experience:**
Previous experience in upholstery or furniture manufacturing is highly desirable.
Familiarity with quality control processes and methodologies.
**Attention to Detail:**
Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying defects.
Ability to uphold and enforce strict quality standards.
