About the vacancy:
We have a fantastic opportunity for individuals to join our Estates team to undertake all aspects of an Estate Communal Caretakers role.
You will need to have relevant experience of cleaning and grounds maintenance, preferably with experience of the ability to educate customers to correctly dispose of waste and recycling.
You will also require excellent customer service and communication skills and be able to work on your own initiative whilst prioritising tasks.
If you have a CAN DO attitude and think this is the job for you, we want to hear from youA full UK driving license is essential for this role.
- Relevant experience in a similar role
- Basic knowledge of the safe use of chemical for cleaning and storage of cleaning products
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to establish a rapport with customers
- Excellent communication skills, be able to display tact and understanding when dealing with customers
- Ability to work under pressure and deal with difficult situations
- Able to work unsupervised, using own initiative and as part of a team
- Clean, full driving license
