SALES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

THE COMPANY


Our client based on the outskirts of York, commutable by public transport is looking to recruit within their
Sales and Customer Service Team.You will be responsiblefor servicing inbound phone calls and engaging with prospective and existing customers by explaining the full benefits of their range of products and services within he health/ medicalindustry.

You will also be responsible for delivering a consistently high level of customer service.


WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU...

Permanent position

Salary:
£2 1- £23k

+ monthly individual and team commission

Hours:

Week 1 to 3

Mon - Fri pm

Week 4

Mon - Thursday pm

Fri - OFF

Sat 10-4pm


WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • To provide first class customer service
  • To work proactively in order to maximise brand reputation
  • Make outbound calls to maximise upselling
  • Effectively handle inbound customer enquiries and proactively respond and provide solutions
  • Be competent in handling difficult conversations

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Great communication and customer service skills
  • Previous experience of working within a Sales and Service role
  • Target driven with evidence of achieving results and working to Key Performance Indicators
  • Experience in CMS Systems
  • IT literate
  • Great organisation and time management skills
  • Great problem solver
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in confident objection handling
  • Able to work independently
  • Effective team work to support colleagues and foster a positive team environment
  • Positive cando attitude.
