The Role:
As a Business Development Manager you will be working in a hybrid way mainly based from their West Midlands office but also working from home 1-2 days a week and going out to meet clients face to face across the UK.
You will beresponsible for prospecting a variety of customers that range from dealing with creative agency's to direct businesses such as within the automotive, fashion, healthcare, legal sectors.
You will self-manage your time and be self-sufficient to generate newopportunities.Other responsibilities include conducting proposals, providing quotes, working closely with internal project managers to deliver on what SLAs and conduct feedback sessions.
Your primary focus will be to develop an account base.Your approachshould be direct but bearing in mind that the customer is the priority and without coming across as too pushy.

The company is recruiting for a number of Business Developmentand Customer Account Managers due to a period of organic growth.
We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
- A business to business background in new business sales
- Proven track record of generating own leads
- It would be ideal if you have sold into the following areas: Creative agency's, Learning & Development, Marketing, eLearning
