35 hours per week (Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm)

£35,000 - £45,000 per annum + performance related bonus

We are recruiting a Technical Account Manager to join an established engineering company of a successful and growing company. You will have the opportunity to make this role your own with a dynamic and challenging environment


The main purpose of the role will be to build effective customer relationships through liaison, turnaround quote requests and raise estimates and quotations based on client requirements.


Duties and responsibilities:


  • Prepare accurate estimates and quotations based on customer requirements
  • Establish the best lead times for the business and customer
  • Proactively seek new customers
  • Build relationships and account manage existing customer base
  • Provide technical support to customers as required
  • Previous experience within a fastpaced manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of CNC or tooling industry
  • Experience of using an ERP system or equivalent
  • Excellent negotiation skills, able to build rapport and influence
  • A driven attitude to deliver results
