My client is a rapidly expanding organisation who have seen a period of great success. They are now looking to grow the team and are seeking a Customer Coordinator. This is a very varied role, and you will be joining a dynamic, fun, and flexible company.
The Role
- The Customer Coordinator is responsible for the customer lifecycle, ensuring this is as professional, streamlined, and efficient as it can be.
What You'll Need
- Experience of taking ownership of the customer experience and have a passion for delivering excellent service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A positive and resilient attitude.
- Must enjoy telephone work with an excellent telephone manner.
- Willingness togotheextramile when needed.
