The Role

  • The Customer Coordinator is responsible for the customer lifecycle, ensuring this is as professional, streamlined, and efficient as it can be.

  • Experience of taking ownership of the customer experience and have a passion for delivering excellent service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • A positive and resilient attitude.
  • Must enjoy telephone work with an excellent telephone manner.
