15 hours per week weeks (38 weeks term time + annual leave)

1:00pm to 4:00pm Daily (non-negotiable)

Actual Salary - £ per annum

(£12.63 per hour)


We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Finance Assistant to join our dedicated Finance team here at The King Edmund School.

You will be working with our existing experienced finance team and will report to the Finance Manager.

Key aspects of the role include:

  • Processing of orders
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Recording of Income
  • Dealing with parent queries


Applicants should have a high standard of literacy and numeracy, a strong work ethic with flexibility to respond positively to challenges of day to day school life and experience and working in a busy finance/business environment would be desired.
