Description

Job Title:
Fleet Administrator


Salary:
Up to £28,000


Location:
Bagshot, fully office based


Responsibilities:


  • Maintain an accurate and uptodate record of all fleet vehicles, including registration, insurance, and maintenance schedules
  • Coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure the fleet is in optimal condition
  • Monitor fuel consumption and implement strategies to reduce costs
  • Schedule and track vehicle inspections, emissions testing, and other regulatory requirements
  • Oversee the assignment of vehicles to drivers and ensure proper documentation
  • Manage the procurement of new vehicles and disposal of retired ones
  • Keep uptodate with relevant industry regulations to ensure compliance
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the fleet meets expectations
  • Maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers

Skills and experience:

  • Experience in Telematics and Reporting
  • A collaborative attitude
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Effective communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite reports, particularly Excel reporting
