Senior Sales and Lettings Negotiator - Selly Oak £20,000 basic OTE Realistic at £32,500 can be higher plus company car if required


My client is a highly regarded and vastly well respected independent estate agency who due to expansion plans are looking to recruit a superstar negotiator for their award winning Selly Oak office.


You will be working within a driven and highly proffesional team, with a real passion for property, who will support you whilst allowing you to progress through the ranks.

Whilst previous estate agency experience is essential, you will get commision on bothSales and Lettings, so you will be busy most days on viewings and doing deals.

This role would suit someone who is looking to progress into management and money motivated by sucsess.


Duties will include

  • Talking to buyers
  • Vendor contacts
  • Accompanying viewings
  • Cross selling Mortgage/ Conveyancing leads
  • Lettings Viewings
  • Speaking to Landlords
  • Sales chasing
