About Our Client:

The key responsibilities of a Finance Assistant will be:

  • Assist with managing the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. This involves reviewing and processing vendor invoices, preparing payment requests, issuing invoices to customers, and following up on outstanding payments.
  • Help reconcile bank statements with the company's financial records.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records, including invoices, receipts, contracts, and other financial documents.
  • Provide general administrative support to the finance team and supporting the Finance Manager with any adhoc tasks required.

The Successful Applicant:


  • No specific experience required.
  • Passionate and enthusiastic as well as being eager to learn.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as with a team.
