Volunteer Listening Support

No experience needed of working in a support role to apply.

What we are looking for are; empathetic, non-judgmental, caring listeners, to join our team of volunteers supporting Women and Men age 16+ in Stafford.

Are you able to commit to at least 2 hours per week? Are you passionate about helping survivors of childhood sexual abuse in their recovery journey? Are you dedicated to making a difference to the lives of these people?

Roles include answering and returning calls to clients seeking support, or professional enquiries into referrals. You will also be supporting individuals for 1hr face to face or telephone sessions and overseeing group support sessions.

Essential skills required are; time management, commitment, understanding and patience.
