£28,000 - £32,000 depending on experience plus bonus


Hours of work:
Monday - Friday 9am - 5.00pm (1 hour for lunch)

The Role

Dealer Relations Specialist
The Aftercare Department at Oodle Car Finance are on a mission to deliver a great customer experience.

In this role you will support the Aftercare Agents with complex vehicle quality concerns, discussing and negotiating the best customer outcome with the supplying Dealer/Broker.

The role will report into our Dealer Relations Manager, who is looking for a customer focused individual who will provide industry leading service whilst identifying trends and opportunities to improve our Internal processes, as well as relationships with our 3rd party suppliers.

What you'll be getting up to:

  • Having great conversations with Dealers/Brokers to help them find a suitable solution.
  • Working with 3rd party service providers and dealer networks to review and resolve any quality concerns.
  • To be involved in the decisionmaking process, communicating your reasoning, ensuring we meet our obligations with vehicle quality concerns and keeping the customer at the heart of what we deliver.
  • Work with colleagues across the business to deliver on service and quality commitments.
  • Provide support, advice and guidance to other departments and our dealer networks to achieve our quality commitments.

The role will be a great fit if you have:

  • Previous experience of working for motor finance in a customer service or vehicle quality role.
  • A minimum of basic technical knowledge, a motor vehicle qualification or relevant industry experience.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to proactively manage and prioritise caseload in line with KPIs.
  • Strong analytical and investigative skills.
  • A strong desire to support our customers.
  • Able to negotiate and be a decision maker.
