Residence Manager / General Manager (2 sites) - Central London - £70k

Two new prestigious developments currently in construction phase require a Residence Manger to deliver 5 star service and standards across the two boutique prime residential location sites, totalling 90 apartments.

You will be responsible for overseeing themobilisation of one development opening later next year with the second opening in 2024.

This will include setting the standards and values creating a memorable service for the new residents and maximising asset value.


Some of the duties to include:

  • Create, develop, motivate, train and encourage both of the on-site team
  • Attend all mobilisation meetings and work shops prior to building completion. Ensuring all information is understood, studied and communicated to all stake holders.
- create and bring to life the vision and culture with within the developments, working with all stake holders to achieve this

  • Assist the Accounting team in service charge processes and ensure a clear understanding of operating budgets
  • Define job role expectations for the Concierge, Deputy manager and maintenance team, recruiting all positions during the mobilisation process
  • Drive customer service excellence by staying close to the operation, building rapport with residents and understanding client requirements, developing excellent working relationships, at all levels
  • Ensure that all operational information is reviewed regularly and always up to date
to ensure adherence of all relevant Health & Safety and any other legal requirements and to promptly act upon and follow up on any issues pertaining to these

  • Obtain quotes, suppliers and tenders for services needed on site to fulfil the appropriate maintenance and up keep of the site
