Are you looking for a new opportunity to support the delivery of an excellent services to children and young people in Birmingham?

The Referral Management Centre is a gate way to FTB.

A dedicated team of clinicians and admin staff is being formed to manage the entire assessment process from triage right the way through to assessment and allocation to treatment waiting list.

It is envisaged that this approach will increase assessment capacity, improve the quality of assessment, reduce clinical variation and streamline the booking and management of choice assessment clinics.

By removing assessment duties from clinical staff working in FTBs Hubs extra capacity will be created to focus solely on further reduction of treatment waiting lists and improved RTT performance.

The administrative staff will play a crucial role in managing and undertaking the various admin roles that will underpin the process.
