Core duties:


  • Using AutoCAD to provide support to Designers in technical and construction drawings.
  • Carry out and draw up thorough site surveys (on average one site visit per week)
  • Work with Designers to specify the appropriate interior products, materials, and construction methods.
  • Produce interior construction and technical drawings including Fire strategy, Demolition, RCP, Lighting, Ceiling, Power, Data, HVAC, Floor, Wall plans, elevation details.
  • Draw accurate detailed custom furniture drawings.
  • Produce door and lighting schedules.

Expected Qualifications, Skills & Experience:


  • Proficient in AutoCAD.
  • High level of understanding of construction and technical drawings.
  • Technical drawing experience within the commercial construction sector.
  • Up to date knowledge of building regulations and standards.
  • Outstanding attention to detail.
  • Enjoy a fast pace, working on multiple projects running concurrently.
  • Naturally organised used to working to strict deadlines.
