Joiner/Multi Skilled Operative Gateshead area.

Full time, Permanent, 40 hours per week Monday to Friday salary up to £38,000.00 per annum plus company vehicle for work use and fuel card.

About the role.

A Joiner/Multi Skilled Operative's main duties will be working closely with the in-house design team and undertsking construction works in accordance with their designs.

As a Joiner/Multi Skilled Operative you will be plumbing, plastering and completing joinery works where needed within the properties; kitchen and bathroom fitting will also be a part of this role.

You will be able to spot defects and any issues which may not appear on original planned works.

You will be able to act professional when with our clients and stakeholders, you will also be required to collect materials from suppliers when required.

Experience working In high value properties is preferred Experience in Joinery is preferred as well as plumbing, tiling and general maintenane.

Pay:
£36,500.00-£38,000.00 per year
