Area Sales Manager - CCTV Towers

Main Contractors, Sub Contractors, Housebuilders, Local Authorities, Social Housing, Care Homes, Car Dealerships, Site Managers, QS's, Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers, Construction and Hire industry

Area to be covered:
North UK (to be agreed)

Remuneration:
£35,000-£40,000 Neg. + up to £12,000 Bonus

Benefits:
Fully expensed car / car allowance + benefits package
The role of the Area Sales Manager - Temporary & Mobile CCTV Towers will involve:

Field sales role, providing temporary, mobile CCTV Towers
Access to ABI Barbour for Lead Generation
90% targeting main contactors/ construction sites
10% a variety of other customers including; local authorities, social housing, car dealerships, housebuilders
Typically presenting to Site Managers and Project Managers before getting signed off with QSs Quantity Surveyors
Once established in the role (36 months) you will be targeted to achieve circa 6 tower hire sales per month (the majority of sites require multiple Towers)
Proactive new business role, although you will retain all customer revenue
Competitive tendering and maximising reactive opportunities
Following up on leads generated elsewhere within the Company
Working as part of a fast growing team

The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager:

Construction field sales experience:

Must have sold to main contractors:

Ideally dealt with Site Managers, QSs (Quantity Surveyors) and Project Managers:

CCTV industry experience is not essential:

Access control, security products and building material backgrounds are all of interest:

Comfortable filling in tender forms/ documentation:

IT/ CRM savvy:

Construction site experience:
