Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Scheduler. As a Project Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful planning and execution of projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong analytical and communication skills.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain project schedules using project management software
  • Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
  • Identify and analyze project dependencies, constraints, and risks
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Conduct resource allocation and capacity planning to optimize project timelines
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to project schedules
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices
  • Producing schedules for agreement with client in conjunction with the Project Manager and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Create a fully resource/cost loaded schedule.
  • Meticulous maintenance of schedule.
  • Track and report Planned versus Actual progress.
  • Work with team members to capture and log any issues affecting progress.
  • Attend / run site meetings (internal and client based).
  • Monitor original versus actual budgets for scope growth/changes.
  • Ensure all progress is captured in updates of system and create reporting system for circulation of information to project team.
  • Take lead in production/coordination in issuing of weekly reports.
  • Lead and manage projects involving highvalue contracts from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget constraints.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
  • Proven experience as a Project Scheduler or similar role
  • Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify dependencies and mitigate risks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detailoriented with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Must be able to pass a UK security Check, have the Right to work in the UK and been i the UK for the last 5 years


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
£63,000.00-£95,760.00 per year
