A performance marketing role centered on lead generation activity, you will work closely with Partnership Marketing Managers to help deliver marketing campaigns to hit enrollment targets.

The marketing campaigns cover a wide range of digital channels aswell as some offline activity so experience across both would be advantageous.

Being versatile and results focused, you will be just as happy compiling reports as you will be briefing creative campaigns into our internal Content team.

Initially working acrosspartnerships and reporting into the Marketing Manager, a self starter who can work on their own initiative and who is happy to occasionally travel to partner universities within the UK would be ideal.

Key Responsibilities:


Planning and strategy

  • Help develop marketing assets to generate leads for the recruitment team for use across both on and offline channels working with the Partnership Marketing Manager, internal teams, external partnership stakeholders and agencies
  • Work with the Partnership Marketing Manager(s) to identify relevant channels to get a good return on investment and maximise results
  • Help with the production of nurture assets to take opportunities through to enrolments
  • Conduct research on competitor activities and target audiences. Analyse customer data to identify insights.

Delivery and optimisation

  • Proofreading creative copy and design
  • Ensure all marketing assets are designed according to brand guidelines and are signed off internally and with the partnership stakeholders before use
  • Ensure website content is up to date and aligned with marketing campaigns
  • Work with both internal and external parties to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to the right standard.

Performance management and reporting

  • Monitoring campaign performance and suggesting ways to improve or optimise campaigns
  • Reporting on campaign performance internally and to the partnership stakeholders on a regular basis.

Collaboration with the team

  • Work with members of the marketing team to generate new campaign ideas that support the marketing objectives
  • Share learning and best practice with members of the team.

Supporting the team

  • Support the Partnership Marketing Manager(s) with the day to day running of the partnership(s), attending any internal and external meetings where necessary.

What we are looking for in you

  • Proven experience in working on marketing campaigns across different channels
  • Experience of working in a fast paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with a special emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint is essential
  • Ability to write and/or understand good creative copy is desirable
  • Experience or keen interest in analysing data and extracting actionable insights
  • Hands on approach able to shift between tasks whenever the situation calls for it
  • Excellent interpersonal skills ability to collaborate with others and communicate outputs in a clear and concise way
  • Innovative always seeking new ways to improve campaign performance and return on investment
  • Proactive, solutions orientated and result driven
  • Highly organised and calm under pressure.
