Description

We are looking for a Governance and Compliance Officer with a good understanding of school and academy governance and strong administrative and people skills to join our team.


The post holder will work closely with the Director of Corporate Affairs to achieve strategic objectives and will undertake clerking and provide high quality governance administrative and project support as well as working with both primary and secondary academies within the trust.

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 30 per week


Salary:
£18,526.00-£22,976.00 per year

  • Do you have experience of minuting meetings, committees or hearings?
  • Do you have knowledge of the respective roles and responsibilities of the governing body, Headteacher/Principal, LA, Church, DfE and ESFA?
  • Do you have evidence of working in an environment where experiences included taking initiative and selfmotivation as well as team work?
  • Do you have administrative and diary management skills?
  • Do you have the ability to translate complex information into easily understood language?
  • Do you have experience of maintaining effective and accurate administrative systems?
