About the company
About the role
As an
Office Assistant, you will communicate directly with our
business partners, developing our property market, aid the growth of the business by finding new properties, undertake a range of administrative company changes, assist in key administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the team.
- Contacting and managing relationships with utility companies (including internet, water, gas, and electricity), managing customers' utility bills and council tax
- Contacting and building relationships with potential property partners
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the property market
- Identify products/markets that can improve business profitability
- Communicating and managing relationships with our business partners, reporting property facilities maintenance
About you
- Fluent in Chinese and English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in administration /business development or similar roles preferred
- Previous experience of UK property market preferred
- Proven property industry resources preferred
- Experience working with international students and understanding their needs
- An excellent listener, hard worker, team player and problem solver
- A friendly, patient and professional manner
- Exceptional communication skills
- Great attention to detail
- Able to absorb complex information quickly and work under fastpaced environment
- Capable to work individually and as part of the team
Schedule:
Monday-Friday; 9:00-17:30, 10:00-18:30; 8 hours shift
Benefits:
