About the role


As an
Office Assistant, you will communicate directly with our
business partners, developing our property market, aid the growth of the business by finding new properties, undertake a range of administrative company changes, assist in key administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the team.

Working as part of our friendly and supportive team, you will be:


  • Contacting and managing relationships with utility companies (including internet, water, gas, and electricity), managing customers' utility bills and council tax
  • Contacting and building relationships with potential property partners
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the property market
  • Identify products/markets that can improve business profitability
  • Communicating and managing relationships with our business partners, reporting property facilities maintenance
- attendance recording and minute taking as required


About you

  • Fluent in Chinese and English, both written and verbal
  • Previous experience in administration /business development or similar roles preferred
  • Previous experience of UK property market preferred
  • Proven property industry resources preferred
  • Experience working with international students and understanding their needs
  • An excellent listener, hard worker, team player and problem solver
  • A friendly, patient and professional manner
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Able to absorb complex information quickly and work under fastpaced environment
  • Capable to work individually and as part of the team

Schedule:

Monday-Friday; 9:00-17:30, 10:00-18:30; 8 hours shift
