Actors in Industry is one of the UK's leading experiential training companies and provides trainers, coaches, facilitators and role-players to corporates across the world.
We are looking for an Accounts and Administration Executive to join the team to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations and service delivery to clients.
The role will mainly be responsible for co-ordinating across associates and clients to manage training schedules and diaries and report to the Director of Operations and the Business Manager.

Key Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):
- Managing and improving administrative processes and responsibilities for a smooth and efficient delivery to a range of clients in a variety of sectors
- Building and maintaining day to day relationships with clients and with associates
- Creating and maintaining records on internal systems and using this data to report back to various stakeholders
- Providing administrative and client support to the Director of Operations
- Participate in and assist with business operations
Key Skills and Attributes:
- Excellent organisational skills with a high attention to detail
- Strong client liaison / management skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
- Strong MS Office and IT skills and very comfortable with technology
- Able to prioritise tasks effectively
- Proficient interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills at all levels

Pay:
£24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

- Bachelor's (preferred)
