The Opportunity
As a Labour Coordinator, the main purpose of the role is to coordinate the full blue collar KAEFER workforce on the Sellafield site.
Responsibility will involve, but not be limited to:
- Source detail from KAEFER Supervisors, Project Managers and Client directly to generate weekly distributed plans for c. 300 Blue Collar Operatives
- Covering Maintenance and Project Work across 5no. Disciplines
- Produce Resource Allocation Confirmation Sheets and maintain log
- Ensure Early Warnings and CE's (NEC3/4 compliant) are produced if client withdraws requirement after confirmation
- Manage and level resource requirements over long term, managing peaks and troughs of labour requirements
- Communicating with multiple parties and ability to prioritise tasks
- Create weekly resource graphs detailing delta between allocated and available workforce
- Innovative and challenging mindset to enhance the current planning methodologies
The Person
Essential:
- Ability to attain SC clearance
Desirable:
- Previous planning experience
- Experience viewing and collecting information from CEMAR
