Business Development Manager (Field)

£25,000 - £29,000 plus OTE

Walsall / Stafford

Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm
Are you an experienced field sales executive? Can you door knock businesses to bring new clients on? Are you looking to join a family run business?
Our client is currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic, experienced Business Development manager field based within the Coventry area.
Our client is a waste management specialist, covering all commercial and domestic spaces across the UK. You will be joining a close-knit, welcoming team, where there is constant support and training.

Duties of a Business Development Manager:

  • Door knocking prospective customers
  • Growing your own area by securing new business
  • Manage and attend own appointments
  • Sell products to existing and new businesses within your territory
  • Build rapport with new clients

The successful Business Development Manager will have:

  • Excellent communication
  • Experience within a similar role
  • Experience with door knocking and cold calling
  • Ability to resolve problems in a timely manner
  • Be self motivated
  • Organisational skills
  • Negotiating and interpersonal skills
