Let us tell you a bit about the opportunity

  • To act as an ambassador of the Bank's vision to; Back more people to go for it in life and in business._

What will your day look like?

  • Detailed knowledge of Specialist buytolet lending in order to interpret and asses all key factors, demonstrating comprehension for the level of risk and supporting collateral.
  • Ability to underwrite manually according to both residential and buytolet lending policies. Underwrite to external scheme rules or third party requirements, such as government schemes (HTB) or high LTV product policies.
  • Interpretation of mortgage market and economic factors to ensure external risk factors are understood relative to each case underwritten

What do we expect from you?

  • Knowledge of the mortgage market including owner occupied, private rental sectors.
  • Experience of working with Intermediaries and direct customers
  • To ideally have held a lending mandate covering either owner occupied or buy to let/company lending
  • Having a proactive approach, with a keen desire to provide excellent customer service, and delivery for our customers
