Its a growth role both the business and the scope of the job is evolving so you have a real opportunity to put your stamp on it.


Working with key leaders across the organisation including the executive team they will be looking to you for though leadership on new ways of working, great processes and policy development for a best practice career pathway.


This already has "legs" but needs design, delivery, evaluation of programmes to ensure the organisation have the very best talent pool and succession pipeline.

They will be looking for you to have invested in your own development, degree educated or equivalent coupled with CIPD, CTP or TAP and Psychometrics Level A&B.


In your toolkit you'll want to bring facilitation and delivery, project management, report/recommendation writing, stakeholder influence and an appetite for new technology.
