Lead Controls Engineer - £70k - £90k - Semi remote - Gloucester

Hexwired Recruitment has partnered with a world leader in the energy sector based in Gloucester, who are now seeking Lead Controls Engineer with solid experience developing Algorithms used in energy systems.

The company are rapidly expanding due to successful investment as well as partnerships with several multinationals in their sector.

You will be part of a world leading R&D team developing ground breaking solutions that will change the way the world uses energy.

As a Lead Controls engineer, you will be developing solutions to complex energy constraints utilising the latest technology in control systems and analysis.

Key Skills:

Bachelors, Masters or PhD in Electronics, Control systems or similar
5+ years commercial C/C++ experience
Experience writing algorithms using Matlab/Simulink
Experience working on control systems in the energy sector.
Previous experience leading projects or engineers on projects.
