People Operations Coordinator
12month FTC
£24,000 - £29,400 + Pension + BUPA + ShareSave + 6.6 weeks holiday + Hybrid Working (2-3 days per week in the office)

Join us as a People Ops Coordinator and you'll be a big part of this.Key responsibilities
- Accountable for the delivery of highquality administration support to ensure colleagues get a great experience as they move through the colleague lifecycle
- Maintain SAP HR through hiring of new starters, actioning contract changes, processing leavers all within the agreed SLAs via our contract management system
- Respond to queries about contracts from HR Administrators in Stores and Line Managers
- Ensure the organisational structure within SAP HR replicates the business and is maintained accurately with the correct jobs attached
- Support the team and wider HR function to continuously identify and improve our processes and ways of working
- Support the introduction of new systems and processes by providing knowledge about how our processes work, testing proposed changes, and helping to ensure they are delivered on time.
- Ad hoc projects as required to support with business projects.
Required skills & experience
- Attention to detail and accuracy is essential
- Well organised, able to work at pace and good at prioritising a variety of tasks within SLA's
- Ability to build strong relationships and works well with others in the team
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Teams
- Good listening skills
- Clear communicator
