We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO and Senior Leadership Team, working within a small, friendly team.
We are based in Westminster, central London.

The Role:
- Diary and inbox management, general administration, and liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
- Meeting organisation, coordination and minute taking
- Organisation of our highprofile member events which are delivered both inperson and digitally
- Office management
- Assist with development and updating of CRM system and website
About you:
- Previous EA experience with exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Confident communicator with the ability to work confidentially and with discretion and build strong working relationships at all levels
- Commitment to excellence in customer service and the drive to achieve continuous improvement
- The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, with sound problemsolving skills
- A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Solid IT skills and digitally savvy, with extensive knowledge of the full Microsoft Office suite including Microsoft Dynamics CRM system and webpage updating
- Experience in event management, preferably using digital technology
- Experience within a membership organisation or the third sector would be an advantage.
