Lettings Administrator- maternity cover
The Property Shop are looking for Maternity Cover within our very busy Estate and Letting Agents. It is essential that you hold a full UK Driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
We are looking for someone to join our team that strives to provide excellent customer service, your passion will shine through when you're greeting people in the branch, answering the phone or going out and about to different properties.
You may already work within the property sector, such experience and knowledge is desired but not essential.Key Responsibilities
- Arranging and conducting viewings
- Gaining feedback following viewings
- Diary management ensuring that appointments are scheduled effectively
- Negotiation between tenants and landlords
- Providing applicants and landlords with regular feedback
- Overseeing a let through to move in
- General marketing and business administration
- Booking and conducting market appraisals & property take ons
- Conducting property inspections, inventories and check out inspections
- Assisting in property management issues, calling out contractors, liaising with tenants and landlords as necessary.
- A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential
- Positive and outgoing personality
- Ability to prioritise workloads
- Excellent written skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Great attention to detail
- Good IT skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
Salary: £22,000.00 per year
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Saturday on a Rota
