Salary: Up to £24k:

Hours: - flexible - 8am-4.30pm/9am-5.30pm or 9.
30am-6pm (with the option to work from home):

Key responsibilities:
- Requesting financial documents from accountants ahead of starting claims
- Chasing accountants for filing confirmations to assist the team in meeting their targets
- File naming and saving information on to the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system
- Creating PDF documents for the Account Management team to send to clients and accountants
- Drafting letters for the account management team to send to clients
- Record all activity and tasks within the CRM
- Any other data entry of claim figures into the CRM system
- Any other general support for the team
What the client are looking for:
- Confident telephone manner
- Able to use standard Microsoft Office programmes
- Can understand and follow the procedures surrounding confidentiality and working with confidential information.
- Excellent time management skills
