As the Graphic Designer you would be instrumental in bringing our brand to life creatively. Our marketing & communications need to stand out in the overcrowded typical law firm landscape.

Our brand provides the platform for creative freedom, to step outof the mould and challenge what communications from a law firm should be.

You'll really help to propel the Walker Morris brand forward through effective & impactful creative.

You'll be responsible for leading the design of a wide range of marketing communications, both internal and external.

You'll ensure all our communications are impactful and effective in response to internal briefs such as marketing collateral, social mediaand digital campaigns.


Key responsibilities:

  • Support on the production of highimpact business development materials, including credentials and tenders, and work with the BD & Client Manager to ensure efficient yet effective production of sales materials
  • Manage an apprentice to create videos and audio content in our own inhouse studio
  • Support on photography and manage agency produced creative content
  • Put forward proposals on how to improve the impact of the firm's materials
  • Manage print production on materials
  • Source and/or create brand assets and train on usage where appropriate
  • Own our suite of design software and ensure we maximise its potential
  • Work with our creative agency to maximise the potential of brand guidelines

Skills and experience:

  • Qualification in art and/or graphic design would be advantageous.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience of Adobe Creative Suite and imageediting packages.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office experience of working within Powerpoint & Word to create impactful communications to clients.
  • Currently working in a design role, demonstrating the ability to be an allround Graphic Designer.
  • Be able to demonstrate a high level of creativity and experience to drive and create a suite of design and graphic assets to reflect our brand.
  • Experience of animation and video would be an advantage but not essential.
  • Ability to follow brand guidelines but able to contribute new, creative ideas.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Keen sense of visual storytelling and composition.
  • An outgoing, team player that is happy to share creative ideas and work collaboratively with the marketing and BD team.
