Joiner/ Bench Joiner- Lutterworth
- £12 p/h - £15 p/h Basic Rate + Uncapped Overtime Rate

Reform Manufacturing are a bespoke joinery manufacturers for both retail and residential sectors and are looking for qualified
Joiners to come and join their team based in Lutterworth.

The Role:

To be responsible for the manufacture, assembly and finish of bespoke joinery from technical drawings.
Operate a range of machinery and handheld tools
To work within a team and individually
Ensuring the work environment is left tidy

What we are looking for:

Have experience with bench joinery, ideally within retail/POS
NVQ or equivalent desirable
Have the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work with own initiative.
Be confident in using a range of machinery as well as handheld tools.

Working Hours: 8am - 16:30 Monday - Friday + UNCAPPED OVERTIME AVAILABLE AT INCREASED RATE
