Job Overview:


  • To provide Standby / Firewatch duties for Welding, Burning and Brazing events as required by the local client
  • To provide Standby / Confined Space Watch duties for Tank and Bunded areas as required by the local client
  • To undertake associated general building duties
  • To undertake associated general maintenance such as Industrial Cleaning
  • To assist with other trades where necessary
  • To carry out works as requested with appropriate training as required
  • To ensure the company Health and Safety Policy is adhered to and complete H&S training
  • To ensure compliance with the MITIE Quality Management System as it applies to this position

Main Duties

  • Fire-Watch Events
  • Confined Space Safety-Person for tank and bund cleaning and repairs
  • Industrial Cleaning in and around Process areas
  • Industrial Cleaning in Substations and plant rooms

What we are looking for:


  • CCNSG Card
  • Firewatch Experience
  • Confined Space experience
  • FLT driver desirable
