Part of the Dunstall Holdings Groups, Rea Valley Tractors (RVT) was established over 30 years ago and is a leading regional agricultural machinery dealer.

We supply an extensive range of agricultural machinery throughout Shropshire, Staffordshire, Derbyshire, mid and North Wales, Cheshire and Lancashire and also sell high-quality used equipment across the UK and abroad.

We will have seven depots in Newport, Shrewsbury, Sudbury, Welshpool, Cheshire and Lancashire and North Wales.

Job Purpose

Hours of Work - 9am to 2.30pm Monday to Friday (27.5 hours per week)

Responsibilities

Answering the telephone (transferring to the relevant department, taking messages and some account queries e.g. copy invoices etc).
Receives and directs internal and external customer enquiries for the service department.
General Administration (Filing, typing,)
Invoicing job cards
Filling in product registration for all brands online and paper copy's to relevant manufacturers, and posting
Liaising with the administration departments at other depots daily to advise on machinery administration and movements
Computer literate in Microsoft Office and internet functions
Undertake training to understand the business computer system and associated manufacturers systems.
Advanced written communication and customer skills
Organisational skills with attention to detail
Ability to work as part of a team
