Description
The post holder is responsible for delivering the Healthy Child Programme.

Health Visitors working on the Advice Line provide support to families on all aspects of child health, development, and parenting.

It also acts as a point of contact to our services from partner agencies.

To support the development and implementation of processes and audit to improve the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme to clients within the FCHC area leading to improved childrens health outcomes.
