| MONDAY TO FRIDAY BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 8AM - 8PM / 37.5 HOURS PER WEEK |
| 1 IN 3 SATURDAYS |
| £10.71 PER HOUR |
| HYBRID WORKING AFTER 6-8 WEEKS |
Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues
- Maintain knowledge of products, services, and policies
- Document customer interactions accurately in CRM system
- Resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members and departments to resolve complex issues
- Meet performance targets for quality and productivity
- Participate in training and continuous learning opportunities
- Adhere to company policies and guidelines
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and computer skills
- Flexibility to work varying shifts between 8:00 AM 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday
- Teamwork skills and collaboration with colleagues and departments
- Empathy and patience in handling complaints and difficult situations
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Positive attitude and commitment to exceptional customer service
