| TEMPORARY TO PERMANENT - CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR - NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED |

| MONDAY TO FRIDAY BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 8AM - 8PM / 37.5 HOURS PER WEEK |

| 1 IN 3 SATURDAYS |

| £10.71 PER HOUR |

| HYBRID WORKING AFTER 6-8 WEEKS |

Responsibilities:


  • Address customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues
  • Maintain knowledge of products, services, and policies
  • Document customer interactions accurately in CRM system
  • Resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with team members and departments to resolve complex issues
  • Meet performance targets for quality and productivity
  • Participate in training and continuous learning opportunities
  • Adhere to company policies and guidelines

Requirements:


  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software and computer skills
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts between 8:00 AM 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday
  • Teamwork skills and collaboration with colleagues and departments
  • Empathy and patience in handling complaints and difficult situations
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
  • Positive attitude and commitment to exceptional customer service
