An investment management company in Central London is seeking a temporary Office Manager/Team Assistant to join their team.

The role will involve traditional office management duties, such as organising meeting rooms, ordering office supplies, and beingthe point of contact for facilities enquiries.

Additionally, you will be responsible for answering calls and greeting clients, with additional team assistant duties, managing diaries primarily.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Organising meeting rooms and coordinating schedules
  • Answering calls and greeting clients
  • Managing diaries primarily
  • Ordering office supplies and maintaining stock levels
  • Dealing with facilities enquiries
  • Supporting the wider team as needed

Key Requirements:

  • 23 years of experience as a team assistant
  • Highly organised and able to multitask
  • Comfortable dealing with clients and able to represent the company professionally
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel
  • Experience dealing with expenses would be a particular benefit
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
