As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience and receive exceptional service.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with our clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and building strong relationships.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide product information, guidance, and assistance to customers
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Manage customer accounts, including order processing, tracking, and returns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in our system
  • Contribute to improving customer service processes and procedures

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in customer service or a related role preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problemsolving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Ability to empathize with customers and provide exceptional service
  • Detailoriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in using computer systems and customer service software
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively
  • Positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping others
