Trust Housing Association has a fantastic opportunity for an
HR_ _People Partnerto join our team based in
Edinburgh. You will join us on a
full time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a
competitive salary.

Following the roll out of our business strategy, _The Time is Now_, we are looking to recruit a talented
HR_ _People Partner to work within our People team.


As a true Business Partner, you will manage and develop relationships with leaders across the areas you support working together to meet the objectives set out in Trust's business and people strategy.


You will provide sound advice, guidance and support within all aspects of the employee lifecycle to create an excellent employee experience for everyone at Trust.


Skills and experience we're looking for in our HR_ _People Partner:

Our new post is a great opportunity for those with Business Partnering experience or a senior HR Advisor with HR generalist operational experience supporting Business Partners across a diverse stakeholder group and looking for the next step to becoming a People Partner.


As a national housing and care provider some travel throughout Scotland will be required on occasion and you are therefore required to hold a current driving licence and have access to a car for business purposes.
