Our client, Yamazaki Mazak, is a leading global manufacturing company based in Worcester.This is an excellent opportunity to work for a market leading Machine Tool manufacturer who have been at the forefront of the industry for many years.
365 Resourcing are the preferred supplier to Mazak.
This is a key role within the Service department, supporting customers and field based Servicing engineers across an area of the country, arranging visits to customer sites to service any current machines.
This challenging role will need a good level of organisation skills, good telephone manner, invoicing of completed engineers work, sending jobs to engineers, discussing faults and expectations of the job, given to engineers and customers.
The Person:
- Able to communicate at manager / director level.
- Knowledge of machine build process and structure
- Computer literate, scheduling and incident manager.
- Understanding of planning of work within the given area.
- Able to supply both customer and engineer requirements and expectations.
- Experience in using Excel, word, powerpoint, and PC literate.
- Comfortable with telephone conversations and communication
- Has an understanding of written reports with technical content.

- Working Days, 8.15am4.30pm, Monday to Friday.
- Overtime is paid at Time 1/3 first 2 hours then Time 1/2 thereafter each day. Saturday is Time 1/2 and Sunday Double Time.
Salary:
£25,500.00-£27,500.00 per year
