CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISER
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our busy Customer Service team. Working as part of an established team to provide exceptional customer service, delivering accuracy and efficiency. Do you want to be our next Customer Service ambassador providing gold standard customer service for our business?

Based in Wakefield, reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, this role works within a small team that prides itself on delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Consistently demonstrating a clear understanding of the customers' needs and requirements by taking ownership of customer problems through to effective resolution.


WHAT ABOUT YOU?


We're looking for a pro-active Customer Service Adviser with experience in addressing customer queries, resolving issues, providing in-depth knowledge of products by offering and identifying ways in which to enhance the customer experience.


You will be proficient in both working cooperatively across all departments and be able to contribute by providing solutions to resolve a problem or issue.


You will bring to the business your knowledge of customer service with a proven track record of accurately inputting electronic data, processing customer orders, providing timely reports and meet KPI's to regularly measure business progress against plans.

You will be able to identify when to escalate complaints, be able to log and report non-conformances in an accurate and timely manner whilst following guidelines and procedures.

You will have.


In addition,
you are:


  • An experienced customer service advisor with a basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Passionate about providing high quality service to customers
  • Experienced in taking ownership for effective resolution of problems
  • An excellent team player and problem solver, thinking proactively to prevent issues arising
